A Little About Me

A Little About Me

I don’t hand women a new life. I help clear the undergrowth so they can finally see a path that was there all along - one they never knew existed.

I've Always Believed in the Power of

Stories

Long before I could read, I was listening to stories. Hours of records. Radio dramas. Anyone willing to read aloud.

Once I discovered books, I disappeared into them completely. I loved the way a story could make you laugh, make you cry, and somehow convince you that something new was possible. I learned that I loved to write stories too.

I never imagined that writing my own life would be the most important story of all. Now I get to guide other women as they write theirs.

Life Did Not Follow The Script I Imagined.

Life continued to change shape in ways I never pictured: marriage, children, life built and rebuilt. Endings and beginnings, chapters and new chapters, some too long, and too hard, to tell here.

What they taught me, though, I carry into everything I do: resilience, perspective, and the trust in myself to begin again and again.

Looking back now, I can see that every chapter was preparing me for the work I do today.

Somewhere Along the Way, I Discovered My Pattern…

Whenever life became difficult…
I created.

Whenever life became difficult…
I created.

I created. I created homes. I created businesses. I created theatre productions from little more than an eager cast and homemade costumes.

And I watched as I created opportunities for young people and adults to discover gifts they never knew they had. I watched how I instilled confidence to replace self-doubt.

And somewhere in the middle of helping others discover what was possible, I discovered something about myself.

I wasn't simply rebuilding my own life. I was learning how to help others see possibilities they couldn't yet see for themselves. That became the thread running through every chapter of my own story. Not how to survive. How to create possibility - even when it seemed out of reach.

One More Chapter Changed Everything

One More Chapter Changed Everything

Eventually, life invited me to begin again. This time, that chapter led me to Ireland. What began as a visit became a calling I couldn’t shake.

By the end of 2022, I left South Africa and started over. Again. It was not easy, but I have learned that some of life’s greatest opportunities are waiting on the harder side, and getting there always takes a leap of faith and a bucketload of courage.

Why I Created
Crown Intentions™

Today I work with women standing at a crossroads I know well myself, one where they have started to sense that there’s more of life still waiting for them.

Some have dedicated everything of themselves to others. Some have slipped into the belief that their best chapters are behind them. They’ve stopped trusting themselves enough to know, to chase, what they actually want.

They often ask the same questions I once asked myself:

Who am I now?
What truly drives me?
Where do I go from here?

I don’t believe possibility has an expiry date.

I don’t believe women become less as life goes on. I believe they become more.

That’s why I created Crown Intentions™, not to hand women a new life, but to help them trust the one that’s still waiting to be written.

Everything I've Lived Has
Shaped How I Guide

Everything I've Lived Has
Shaped How I Guide

Every chapter I’ve lived through, the rebuilding, the reinventing, the starting again, taught me before anything else did. That’s what I bring to this work: truths, earned the hard way, rather than through theory. And that is why I trust the same is true for you.

I’m not here to decide your next chapter for you or tell you who to become.

I’m here to help you recognise it, and to make sure the pen stays in your hand.

What I Believe

What I Believe

I believe your life experience isn’t the end of your story. It’s part of your power.

I believe clarity returns through courageous action.

I believe reinvention doesn’t begin from nothing. It begins with everything you’ve already lived.

I believe possibility is almost always closer than it first appears.

I believe every woman deserves to feel genuinely excited about what’s next.

Beyond the Work

Away from coaching, you’ll usually find me surrounded by stories. Books. Theatre. Beautiful films. Or diligently tending another slow project: the garden I’m creating here in Ireland. Perhaps that’s fitting. Gardens and people have more in common than we sometimes realise. Given the right care, both surprise us with how they bloom.

Watching a woman rediscover herself does exactly the same thing for me, though thankfully, it usually happens a lot faster than anything in my garden!

Your Story Is Not Finished

Your Story Is Not Finished

If you’ve been wondering what the next chapter of your life could look like, I’d love to help you discover what’s possible. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need the courage to turn the page.
